Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Private beta
Engramor is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only and is granted at our sole discretion. Features may change, become unavailable, or be removed without prior notice. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees.
The beta is free of charge. No payment is required to participate and no charges will be applied without explicit notice and your consent.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Engramor is a business tool intended exclusively for professional studios, salons, and their teams.
- One account per person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff members you have invited under your studio.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at damianos.pappas@googlemail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or to violate anyone's rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that sexualises minors.
- Upload, create, process, or distribute sexually explicit or intimate images of anyone without their consent, or any image that sexualises a real person, including AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII), synthetic media, or altered images (“deepfakes”).
- Use the AI features, or any Google API or Google service connected through Engramor, to create misleading, harmful, or explicit content, to generate or alter images of people, to send spam, or in any way that violates the Google APIs Terms of Service or Google's Acceptable Use Policies.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or to access another user's or studio's data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except under a pre-agreed responsible-disclosure arrangement.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing product without our written permission.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) on any public-facing pages beyond reasonable browsing.
- Upload falsified session records, revenue figures, consent forms, or any data intended to mislead or defraud.
3a. Google APIs & Google services compliance
Some optional features connect to a Google account you choose: sending the studio's email through the Gmail API (gmail.send), backing up studio-created files to Google Drive (drive.file), adding appointments to Google Calendar, and letting customers sign in with Google (openid, email, profile). Using these features requires compliance with Google's Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
Engramor only sends the emails the studio asks it to send (booking messages, receipts and the studio's own newsletters, each with an unsubscribe link) and cannot read the mailbox. Engramor never uses Google APIs for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery). You can disconnect any Google account at any time in Settings → Connections. How we handle Google user data under the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use) is described in the Privacy Policy, Section 4.
4. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the service or to other users. Where possible we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond before suspending. Where the violation is serious or ongoing we may suspend immediately. Suspension of a studio account affects all users within that studio.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create within Engramor — including session records, revenue data, consent forms and signatures, client information, supply records, photos, and any other studio data.
By uploading content you grant Engramor a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content to you and the authorised members of your studio solely as needed to operate the service.
- We do not claim ownership of your data.
- We do not use your studio data to train any AI or machine-learning model. The AI Business Insights feature (powered by Google Gemini) analyses your own data on-demand and does not feed it into any training pipeline.
- Consent form records are stored permanently and are immutable by design. This is an intentional feature that mirrors the legal nature of the consent itself. You acknowledge that signed consent forms cannot be deleted once submitted.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions to upload anything you upload, including client photographs and identifying information. By uploading data about another person you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from that person.
6. Engramor's intellectual property
The Engramor name, brand, software, designs, and source code are the intellectual property of Damianos Pappas. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the limited right to use the service as intended while your account is active and in good standing.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” during the private beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect existing users. Engramor is not liable for any loss resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the service during the beta period.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Engramor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. During the private beta, where the service is provided free of charge, that amount is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for example, liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account and the personal data associated with it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, consent form records retained as legal documentation) or for active security investigations. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your residence, those rights are not affected. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Greece, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. We will notify active users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
